Holistic Energy Treatment
Choose from Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Crystal Therapy, or a customized blend. Each session is guided intuitively to support deep relaxation, energetic balance, and overall well-being.
Reiki – A gentle, hands-on (or hands-above) practice that promotes relaxation, stress relief, and energetic alignment while you rest fully clothed on a massage table.

Indian Head Massage – Rooted in Ayurvedic tradition, this soothing treatment focuses on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp, and face. Can be done seated or on the table.
Benefits may include: relief from headaches and neck tension, reduced stress, better sleep, improved clarity, scalp and hair health, a deep sense of calm.
Crystal Therapy – Crystals are intuitively placed on or around the body to clear blockages, align chakras, and restore harmony.
Benefits may include: chakra alignment, deep relaxation, emotional clarity, increased vitality, and enhanced spiritual connection.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is the practice of penetrating the skin with thin, solid, metallic needles which are then activated through gentle and specific movements of the practitioner's hands or with electrical stimulation. Acupuncture is part of the ancient practice of Traditional Chinese medicine.
